Grier Raclin Joins Thompson Coburn LLP

St. Louis, Missouri – Grier C. Raclin, former Executive Vice President, General
Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of Charter Communications, Inc., will
join the Corporate and Securities practice of Thompson Coburn LLP on January 4,
2010. Mr. Raclin also served as Charter’s Chief Compliance Officer and
Corporate Secretary since joining the company in 2005.
Prior to his service with Charter, Mr. Raclin served as
Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of
Savvis, Inc. from 2003 to 2005. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Raclin served as
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of
Global Telesystems, Inc.
A graduate of Northwestern University Law School, Mr. Raclin
has built a distinguished law career including seven years as Vice Chairman and
Managing Partner of Gardner, Carton & Douglas, four years as a partner with
the Washington, D.C. law firm of Heron, Berchete, Ruckert and Rothwell and five
years with Sidley Austin LLP in Washington.
