Corporate Board Member magazine has recognized Thompson Coburn as the best corporate law firm in St. Louis, according to its 2009 Corporate Board Member/FTI Consulting Survey. The ranking was determined by a poll of general counsel of publicly traded companies listed on the American Stock Exchange, NASDAQ Stock Market and the New York Stock Exchange.

Featured in the magazine’s Second Quarter 2009 issue, which is subtitled "America’s Best Corporate Law Firms," this list identifies the top corporate law firm in 25 major U.S. cities. Corporate Board Member is published by Board Member Inc. and is the sister publication of Bank Director magazine.
